Weddings

• Finding a Location if you do not have one yet
•  Help with finding Vendors – DJ’s, Florists, Photographers etc, and help with budgeting for you vendors
•  Décor and Design Assistance
•  Unlimited Phone and email consultations
•  Personal meetings - up to 5 not more than 2 hours each
•  We will do a “Day of” timeline layout for the flow of the event. All vendors will receive a copy.
•  We will attend and guide you through up to 3 vendor meetings 
•  Menu selection and tasting meeting with caterer
•  We will help with rehearsals
•  We will make sure gifts are secured and transportation with family member or who you choose is coordinated 
• I will have 1 to 3 assistants on event day depending on final count. (additional assistants may be needed on larger counts*)
• Other items to consider and can be arranged are Transportation, to and from the event. 
•  Hotel recommendations and reservations. 

• Walk through of event site.
•  Layout diagram and timeline for flow of the event and all vendors would receive a copy.
•  Arrange rentals- Delivery, set-up and breakdown
